I don't know if anyone noticed the guy on the production line looks really Pissed Off for some reason or another, maybe he worked at Maico but rode a Hodaka  :D

I wish the guy that was machining my head would have had one or two less beers. I just put my head on my GP that I had RK Tek cut a new chamber in and the holes for the head studs are off to the left. Man I wish I would have set it on a cylinder before I welded it and sent it up to get cut. I lived by the ATK Fac. in Utah and Ron Griewe that wrote that artical would tell me storys about going to maico fac. That is Rons boy Don on the bike, he was very fast in the day.

I'm still hunting the US to find and buy a 490 head to send to RK Tek for their modifications. I hear that it makes a big difference in performance on the maico 490. I would like to hear first hand opinions and experiences from people that have had this done.
