Jorgen welcome to the Aussie KTM forum. We hope we can help you with your questions on how to make your bike a race winner.  This forum is the epicentre of all the facts, figures and go fast race info. It has some of the greatest Vintage KTM/Penton minds contribute to it. Dennis, Bill and Adrian are just a few.  All the very best in the quest.. to Put KTM in first place.

Welcome Jorgen, Pete is a great mate of mine, we have known each other since primary school and spent many a day racing around Yerringong, near Nowra, as Juniors. We both kept on riding dirt and road bikes, but really got into the vintage racing around three years ago. Great to have you onboard, yes KTM do rule as our family currently have a 450exc, 525 exc and a 250sxf in the shed amongst the other Husqvarna's, Suzuki's, Honda's and lone Yamaha.

Good luck with the racing in Sweden and you never know we may meet up one day.

Regards

Bob B

Brothers, To see Jorgens race KTM check out the post for Barn Find in Sweden. He bought another 79/80 250 the day I was there for about $100 AUD. Missing a tank and seat. Some say cheap other say too much....  He has Husky's too - there is an 83 500 in the background which is the current project. Also in the background is the Viking KTM rider himself.

Bill, since when do I start at the top shelf???? And the stories have already started.
