1978 CR250R Crankcase vacumme breather fitting

   HELP,,,, I have just tried to replace the top crank case breather hose and the little white plastic 90 degree fitting attachment that connects to the case has turned to powder ,,,crumbled into million pieces >:(.Can anyone help me find where I can buy one of these fittings (local honda dealer tells me they come with the crankcase---NLA) :(
     I have tried on the net ,but have drawn a blank..

 Gday Snowy, I did purchase the one from the ty yam site ,but the fit into the crankcase was a bit loose , had to pack out with some urethane tape , after a while it kept popping out ,I then tried a brass elbow fitting that i had made up ,seeems to be holding up ok, ( I have not been on a long ride to test properly). I have also tried the local honda dealer to purchse the genuine item ,also with no success.
