Ross Martin
« on: May 24, 2012, 06:04:12 pm »
I saw Ross Martin on (Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Hot Seat) this afternoon NBN 3 on the 9 network.  Missed on the first question but in fairness to Ross it was one of of those that you just have to take a guess at.
Sorry this tread is not VMX related but he is.
Everyday I find one more name to add to the list of people who piss me off.

Had an early dinner last night, (to cold to stay in the workshop) and the better half was watching it.  Noticed that the contestants can't phone a friend in it now but it still has the same smart-arse host.

How do you get on a show like that?

E-mail.
And you have to survive an audition.

My wife was on Deal or no Deal a few years back, she was only one of the case holders.
Sometime later they asked if she wanted to be on a new show and she somehow managed to drag me along.
Had to do some questionnaire thing, if you were too dumb you were out and if you were too smart you were out.
We fell into that middle category nicely. ::)
Then we went through a heap of other question stuff, they were trying to categorize us into some sort of group thing which I was a bit suss about. I hate mentioning bikes in this situation as the most dickheads want to label you as a Bikie.
I think it may have bee my refusal to be labeled that kept me off the show.
The show didn’t last long, think it was 1 Vs 100 or something like that.
Whatever it was once I saw it on TV I was glad not to be on it.

Another day in my life wasted, and this time without alcohol. :D
