Honda 1979 Xl500s iv customized the hole bike.
Suppercoss front end, chopped the back end placed the rear bar under the rear guard , went from twin shocks on the back to a pro-link setup took a lot of doing .
Went from 6v to 12v having to rewind the stator my self going from Ac to Dc.
Front and rear guards are from a 2012 crf450 , front disk brake over the old drum brake .
Full motor rebuild all work done by me @ home full respray ,
modded engine gain 25hp ...... look this is just a guess around 145hp now ? with all the mods done was 500cc has to be around 620 now.
Made twin exhausts & mufflers over the old single one sounds epic lol.
iv got a cr500 front end on it dose any one have some HD springs that will fit this, there off a 1990 cr500?
