I think that's way too much money for one of those - especially seeing as it is not stock and not in showroom condition.  ;)

Have to agree thats its way to much money, after nearly buying one for $3k that was as good if not better recently, it's at least $2k over priced.  But good luck to him  :D

I would think it's worth a lot more than $3k, after recently buying one for $3k(and they're not easy to find) and having to spend another $2500 on it to bring it up to scratch

Worth an easy $5k here in these times. I paid a lot more and sold it for a lot more than $5k even.

6k US for what is just a very tidy bike, I didn't think it would make that , wasn't long ago I saw 2 A5 bikes sell for just a little over 2k one tidy and one parts or heavy restore sell together in the US on Marks swapmeet. Just might have been auction law were two people just wanted the same thing at the right time.
