That's a steel tank not alloy and by the looks of underneath it's been blown out of shape with compressed air at some time.

I dont think its alloy , I dont think they made alloy in that shape in 125 tanks? I did get a nice 79 tank form the USA for about 280.00 landed,needs nothing but polish and can still read the disclaimers

Didnt the CR125M some of them come out with alloy tank ? and some with steel tanks ? I believe the mt125 were steel tanks ??

The only CR125 that had an alloy tank was the '79 model, the '74-'78 models were steel. The '73-'79 CR250 tanks were alloy.
