Sydney - Melbourne transport.
« on: April 22, 2012, 03:22:49 pm »
Can any of you blokes advise me on the best way to get a bike from Sydney to Melbourne? Naturally I'd love it if I could ship it via the forum "I've got a bit of room in the ute" method but I don't like my chances. A cost effective transport company that is prepared to take an uncrated 'roll on, roll off ' bike is what I'm looking for. The bike is a Yamaha MX125B

* I had a fella all lined up to take it down there but he's pulled the plug on the trip.

Mark, Daryl Critchton on 03 52721072, he will help you, it may cost about $250, I deal with them all the time here in Geelong, they travel to Sydney and Brisbane weekly, they are door to door drop off.

I can get the bike to Echuca, Victoria via a mate so it's now looking for a ride from Echuca to Resevoir, Melbourne before May 19.

Thanks for the reply DBA.

Working on it for you Firko. Maybe able to pick it up and bring here (Echuca only 40ks away ) then drop off a little later for you. Tim754
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.
