slighty off topic but which era is more popular pre 78 or pre 75? or is it about the same?

On Dirt Track it's pre75 by a mile.

Pre-75, hands down. It's basically the foundation of VMX.

The Pre-78 class has plenty to offer, but doesn't seem to have captured the punters' imaginations like pre-75 and Evo have.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

At this point (early days ) Pre78 250 has the most entries for the Nats, followed by Pre75 250, then Pre65 250. My guess is the "split" will give this class the boost it needed
