Mate I'm nearly there. The only stumbling block has been the rotor. Somehow it seems I have got it on crooked and it won't go on (or come off)
. I ordered one of those pullers off ebay and I was hoping it would be here for this week-end, but alas it wasn't. Next week-end she should be a goer. Clutch seems to work reasonably well. I will give her a fresh batch of fuel as discussed and she should all be ready to roll. So this weekend I spent my time wire wheeling parts ready for plating. Pretty happy with the results and can't wait to get into it next weekend. Getting a rider going is the first priority of course.
All you need to do is give me some lessons on posting videos !
Hope you recovered from your stack OK mate - pretty funny story though
. I will scan a couple of pages from the manual re timing check for YZ400. Sorry I've taken this long - work has been a disaster. You know it's bad when you don't get time to post stuff.
Cheers
