Yamaha MX250A
« on: December 23, 2011, 12:58:22 pm »
This is a clean MX250A that appears to need little work to get on the track. Considering it's 37 years old it's a pretty clean example that you'd spoil by restoring. Parts are easy peasy to find and they're far better bikes than the magazines of the day or so called 'experts' will tell you. The only real downfall being that they're a bit on the heavy side.
For $1000 + another $1000 to get it here it's a good buy.

this is a very low use bike. its biggest enemy was sitting, i did a little touch up black paint and cleaned the carb, removed the cylinder to check rod condition and clean the cylinder up before starting.
it is on the stock bore. i still have some detailing to do.but is a nice bike as is" and' i do have the stock skyway silencer for it i just need the clamp to mount it. if interested call or email. hank $1000.00
