Test your vintage knowledge with this crossword I found in a couple of old Trail and Tracks. I've redone it to make it readable.
12 across is a mystery word there was no question and I only have a first name answer of 32 down.
Hint Early eighties. discuss amongst yourselves and the first correct entry posted will win the 2 issues.
If you have kept all your old trail and tracks, dont cheat do you really need issues you already have?

C,mon Nob,This is doing my friggin head in ,half the clues are missing & as for 15 across

15 across is at the end of the 'across' list for some reason [then again Trail and Track never needed a reason  ].

The answer is 'watercooled'.
