i need a cheque sent to a guy in Murfreesboro, TN. 
its for 58.00us the guy dosent have paypal and says there is no western union near him.
can any one in the usa or with a usa cheque acc help i can pay all costs via paypal or western union

What about a wire transfer done throught your bank? Surely he has a bank account and can accept payment that way if he can also accept cheques.

A bank transfer will cost about $35. Expensive for low value items. I would just send cash. Should be fine.
