We have had many a topic on metals over the time ,from titanium screws in Jerrys shoulder to Ji Gantors TIG Welding program of events.,though today I had the chance meeting with a sheet/scrap piece of Titanium in a much filled vmx bike shed  :P
I thought it would of been lighter as I picked it up and examained its darks outer skin with a very shiney inside.I was promptly told "you wouldnt have lifted that had it been a piece of steel, with one hand".  :P
True !, it was lighter and I'm sure many a smaller item will be made with this piece..perhaps a few BSA chain guides  ;D  8)
