Anybody out there got any old Beach Racing photos from Tasmania?
I've been told my Great Uncle (Pat Lyne) was Tasmanian Beach Racing Champion for a few years - probably in the 50's or 60's.
Anyone from down there got any old photos? I'd love to find some of him..
He used to own the old Tam-O-Shanter Servo in Lauceston, on the road out towards Greens Beach. Only ever went there as a kid, but I remember there used to be heaps of old beach racing photos on the walls of the workshop..
