Maybe I should buy these and then look for bike to fit them too. I have bought stuff from this guy before and have him saved in my seller list.

The barrel doesn't look machined or am I seeing it wrong. Are these meant to be chrome bores?

This guy has been selling Noguchi stuff for a while, he seems to have a good supply of it. These kits have been relisted a few times, they don't seem as sought after as they once were.
