Pomeroy's '75 Trans-AMA Frame

Here a link to a photo a Jim Pomeroy's frame used in the 1975 Trans-AMA series.  Look at the backbone.  I wonder if that design was used pre-74?

It looks like they had the first year apprentices welding the works bikes. That gussetting is something I've never seen before.....there ya go Jerry, a few little mods to lay onto the project!

That gussetting is something I've never seen before....

Looks like they've just gusseted the top tube and the one underneath it.

I don't think they are....that's the 1975 Unnadilla Trans AMA not 1974. You'd have to find another source of proof that that particular photo I'm afraid.
