I'd say PE400..3 bolts on the mag cover,the RM's has only 2, the wires come out the front on an RM and toward the rear on PE400. RM mag cover also has an indent where the PE is full round and the PE cover has SUZUKI cast onto it where the RM has the big S
late edit..the motor actually seems to be fitted half decently even if the carb rubs on the rear shock...pipe looks nice from what one can see and no doubt custom made but the motor is the most desirable part and no doubt some PE400 punters would be most upset seeing one wasted in a late chassis
