Aldi bike gear specials.

Just had a look through the latest aldi cattle dog.
They have a heap of bike gear Inc jackets & pants, mostly road gear but there is a folding ramp for $79 that caught my eye.

Aldi had/might still have, a seven drawer tall rolling Toolbox for $250 , 700x750x400, which I got and its pretty good quality. Also got a 1/2inch rattle gun for $35, not bad either.
ps. I once won the Belmont Club (NSW) trophy of a worn out sprocket on a plaque for "Club Budget Racer" so I probably have credentials in this field.

I'm keen on some of that gear myself. Get there early on Thursday morning, as believe me good stuff flies out of the shop very quickly.

I'm up for a three of those bike stands. Aldi has some really good specials...I got a GPS for $70 last week and it's a ripper, much better than my $240 two year old one. The occasional tool specials are also pretty good. The ratchet ring spanners are almost as good as the Snap-Ons they copy.

Just got home with one of the aluminium folding ramps for $79.
Welds look good and its rated to 200kg.
Gunna have a ceremonial burning tomorrow night in the brazier of my old wooden ramp that I've had for over 30 years.
Hang on, every bike I've ever owned has been on that ramp, should I?

Yeah it qualifies for a resto. And your Aldi ramp may not be allowed under VMX GCR's. You can't be too careful ;) :D.
