Ya had ta be there Jim.... Two sliders turned up for scrutineering with only one brake fitted.
So one rider Qualified in the heats for the K.ofN. riding a 250 [I believe] chookie.
The slider riders burnt the midnight oil to fit a second brake but were protested in advance so could not ride the much faster slider in the final. No doubt we should all scrutinise fine print... But!!
SO... why the **** did this 2 brake rule suddenly appear back in the M.O.M.s???

Thats my understanding of this unfortunate state of affairs.
Will we end up leaving the bikes out of it all and have the finals a duel of rule books at throwing distance.
 cheers pancho.
dont follow me i'm probably off line!

What do you need brakes for Jim ;D
Sliders are definitely on the outer and it's a disgrace.

protested - hope the money/paperwork changed hands.if not them it`s not a protest.
read sup regs, the king of nepean was open to unlimted senior solo motorcycles.
as for the two brake rule pancho a classic slider is ok in it`s class but if you entry in a modern meet it must meet the rules and it looks like the rule changed this year as it is in bold print in the moms and old rule has a line thru it.sliders are the new sidecars.(leppers).let me guess not a enviro matt anywhere in the pits.( sshhh!! modern only)
