help wheel probs

Hi gents , can a wheel be pulled over about 5mm just by tightening one side of the spokes . Had the wheel relaced and I think he didn't centre the rim . thanks in advance Iain

pretty sure i  have puleed 5mm after a woops getting centred (rear wheel)

No problem Iain, but loosen the spokes on the other side first. Do them 1/4 turn each then tighten the other side 1/4 a turn and go from there. It'll come over easily.
