outer wheel cover

Hi Guys , are the outer wheel covers ( covering spokes ) a buyable item or are they all made for each unit? outer mudguards I see some are like a road race frunt fender is anyone making them?

We buy ours from the local trotting track people and there not very dear, in any colour you want.........

Or you can use a SAAB hub cap. Plenty of them around.  ;D
