Islo motors
« on: September 02, 2011, 07:30:59 pm »
Was poking around a wreckers today looking for something else and stumbled across on of these, looks complete except for electrics. I was there at 10mins to knock off so I couldn't spend to much time looking, but the owner is allowing me to go back on Tuesday and spend as much time in the loft as i need. If anyone is chasing one of these ( as I can't imaging they are as common as a dt motor) I can check it out further and let you know anything you need.
Don't know what it's off, but looks like either a 250 or big bore.

Stiffy? That's a hoot ;D...it'll take something a bit prettier than a siezed up old Mexican engine to arouse the inner man in me young fella 8). It'd most probably be from a Cooper. I've got a bloke who's interested if that's indeed what it is....PM me when you know something Evo.
