here is my IT200 85mod raced in 86-87 enduro.. won Tassie state championships then retired for 17yrs under a house(stored)... resurrected  and now road registered and ridden , great little bush basher  ;)

thank you gentlemen....it hasn't had the barrel off it yet...and it needs new rings...Project No 395  :P

it stays in the shed until it gets a top and bottom end fresh up...I've been lucky thus far not to do any more damage to it...

I've been a PE fan since 1982 but i used to pop into Geoff Taylors and sit on the IT G/H/J range wishing i could buy one.
2nd hand IT's didn't last long on the floor and ended up buying the PE175X......but i still reckon the IT's look great.

Just like your bike ;)

more than half the bikes age it sat idle in storage with a bent set of folks (1990)... luckily they straightened in the press using a special jig so the tubes weren't damaged the suspension works really good and it handles beautifully ... although had to replace the main seals (done without splitting the motor) but in resent rides I've noticed it down in the power range

      most of us sold or traded ours in. good chance the

      rings are coked in the grooves Fix it and enjoy it..
