new vintage bike shop

there is a new vintage bike shop opening in lawrence drv at nerang gold coast.iwas down there today and had a bit of a sticky beak not much there yet he is still moving in,should be open in a week or two.what was there was pretty tidy should be good when he opens.cheers gary

Yes i saw that..pretty brave move opening another bike shop in a street that already has 12 bike shops :o
Not sure if the vintage scene is big enough in the area to handle a vmx only shop but good luck to them.

the same bloke owns b n b bikes and bits so he still has the modern stuff as well.cheers gary

Well I just spoke to Buck (Steve) and he will be open in about 2 weeks. They are putting about 40 vintage bikes in at the moment that were imported from the U.S. Contact number 0409728554. As Buck had an accessory shop and no dealership, I would say it's business as usual plus the imported vintage bikes. There will be more vintage bikes on the market than new ones soon....

With the import of so many vintage bikes it will create a demand for vintage parts and accessories. I knew some blokes in the 80's that flooded the market with used Harley's to build up their accessory side of things.
