Husqvarna WR250 1980
« on: April 20, 2011, 05:04:28 pm »
Was planning to take it to Broadford, but won't be able to make it. Race resto, nice & tidy, compliance plate intact. PM or email [email protected] for photo's & details. $4500, I may trade something. Hopefully some photo's will be loaded soon.
Cheers,
K

I have one of these, unrestored, sitting in my garage : what's the bracket on the r/h fork leg for : a (shudder) speedo ?
I have a set of DC Plastics combination side cover/number plates to fit up.
Have diced the Clarke tank and woeful rear guard and will be trotting it out as an evo mx racer, 12" both ends will be something of a revelation after the 7 and 4 of my 1974 WR400.
Looks good, BigK, hope mine comes up as nice... ;)
Nostalgia's not what it used to be....

The wire bracket on the RH fork is for the speedo cable.
Cheers,
