STEPPING UP: The Little Bike that could ...
« on: March 30, 2011, 11:19:23 am »

I spotted this in George St, Sydney yesterday.

Owner came out while I was sneaking pix.

He is prepping it for this year's Postie Run.  Appears that the little beastie was able to find some mud, even
in the big smoke ...

I reckon anyone who has done one of the last ten or so (is it?) Postie Runs can count themselves
as:
A/  Very wise in spotting a grand adventure

B/  Mighty fortunate to experience such a fun journey

I'm a Victorian.   Had a home-drawn map in my pocket.   I was trying to meet someone at "The Westin" hotel.
Crossed the road from old Post Office and asked a tailor could he please help me - because there was nothing
over there but the old PO facade.
He said: "Just go through that big door over there where people are going in ..."

   Back  I went.

Couldn't believe my eyes, once on the other side of that entry point.   Must have cost half a billion!
