Not sure of what year model this bike is and am searching for technical information on the same. Hoping someone could identify engine number 54M06707, tank stickers say enduro 250 H or point me in the direction for a a good montesa website. Not sure wether to race this bike or make into vinduro as 100% complete but pretty rough and needs good tidy up. One other question is was it standard to have two top shock mounts on either side of frame on these models, Cheers

If it the H6 it a six speed enduro - better suited to Vinduro rather than VMX.

"One other question is was it standard to have two top shock mounts on either side of frame on these models," not quite sure what you mean but if you mean two on the same side the answer is 'no'. Check the exploded parts books here http://www.montesa.hpg.ig.com.br/indei.htm and you should get a clearer answer.
