This looks like the one. The idle and mixture screws are missing but I have heaps of mikunis to raid from. I might have a choke knob as well.
Any good?

It does look like that one 8).  I still have all the internals as I stripped the carb before sending to Dave Mac - so jets, slide etc are no dramas.  I have bought a new choke know as the old one was a bit mangled.  Also got some new rubbers for the top and the choke plunger.  I think there is a choke plunger on ebay at the moment.  I'm sure I can track down and idle and mixture screw from Mr Yamaha or ebay.

PM me with a price Brad and it's sold mate.  Thanks so much for taking the time to look for it - much appreciated.  I'll even throw in a beer at CD8  ;)

Sooooo........  The one on the photo has 23mm slide and the original is 27.5.  Can I still use the one in the photos or am I going to have trouble getting the jetting right ??

Brad - got another one the same with 27.5mm slide ??

It's turning into a saga  ;D

Yeah, you'd want to get the jetting right, otherwise you'll struggle trying to clear Drunk's Hill

Stop looking everyone  ::)
For other people that might be in a similar fix - I bought a new one that looks identical from HAdtricks in Townsville for $125.  Also found an exhaust guard, so I can die a happy man  ;D ;D ;D
