RL250 Sort after?

Just been offered a rough one , mostly there from what I remember. Are they sort after?

there one on ebay that has been listed three times, that a sort of indecation how well they are selling.

The bike on ebay is well over priced for what it is ;) $1500 would be more realistic considering it's a bit rough. My brothers 'near' restored RL would be flat out pulling the sort of money the ebay bike is listed for but then never say never.

To answer the question, no. RL's are no more popular than any other trials bike of the era and less popular than most ;)

the ebay RL is now a no reserve auction so it should give some indication of the current market demand. I still reckon about $1500 is on the money though at the top end of the scale ;)
