suspension setup

Anyone know of a source on the web which takes you through susp setup , eg if rear end breaks traction under power do this, if rear end hops under braking do this etc etc. All the searches i have done show race sag and thats it, not what to do for various handling traits. can anyone help. ::)

ohlins shocks ....setting up your bike  has most of the same as  DJ  post,  But has pics  :)
