RM100/125 T sprocket cover plate thingy.
« on: November 17, 2010, 11:08:22 am »
Guys I am after a picture, diagram, tracing or original front sprocket/chain gaurd plate for the RM100/125 T.

I plan to copy one since they dont seem to be available any longer, and I cannot image that it would be too difficult to copy if I had an inkling of what it really looks like.

Perhaps someone who has one would be kind enough to trace one out on a sheet of paper and pencil in some dimensions for thickness.

Cheers

Do you mean the half-moon thingy that sits over the chain, behind the front sprocket cover?
27641-41500  is the same thing as the PE175C/N which is definately out there...

Yes fellas that half moon plate is the thingy I refer to. If its out there, I have not seen it. But then again, I tend to run hot and cold with chasing up obscure bits. Thanks for your offer Stewart, I will take you up on that. Check your PM's for my FAX details.

Cheers Jason

Thanks Stewart,

I recieved that fax of the Chain Protector Plate. I will have a crack at making one tonight if I can find a piece of scrap around @2.25mm (ish) thick.

Cheers Jason
