As I said I flicked to my son and others with young kids as a reminder. My brother replied.......

"That's so true - I recall sitting on the side of a public pool when
Anna was four years of age and saw her floating under 3 feet of water
and looking up at me smiling - I jumped in and pulled her out because
the fact that she was just floating there in some sort of non-aminated
motion it was clear she needed help - so it's correct, there is not
necessarily commotion or distress.

That incident was 20 years ago but the picture and the look on Anna's
face is a clear to me as it was that day!!"
