There is actually an On The Pipe cycles in Michigan USA, they actually do nice work-a lot of Asian 125s and such. For the Georgia OTP-I think it means
On The "Pipe"-as in crack pipe-because that is even uglier than the 490 he had sold.

I had a 136 Pursang in 91-and could not find original fenders(guards) at the time(1991)-but found some 80s YZ fenders in wht-I trimmed them to look just like a Preston Petty front-and the rear to look stock.
 What is the deal with this modern guards on these bikes-asv levers and all...it's like a bowl of champagne punch with a turd floating in it. :( :( :(
