Resistance Readings - YZ250H coils
« on: April 22, 2010, 07:20:49 pm »
No Spark  >:( - Tested the ingnition coil - NFG - buy new coil :) - No spark  >:(

Has anyone got the resistances of the primary coils on the stator plate please.  I have a manual somewhere, but it seems I have put it in a "safe place"

Thanks in advance
Looking for YZ250C parts NOS if possible

The only triple jumps he would have been doing are the hop, skip & jump.

Thanks for the maths lesson Rusty ;D.  I have the 125 manual close at hand.  Still can't find the frickin 250 manual.
I have someone in Bris Vegas that can rewind them for me.  I just want to try to work out if they are buggered or not before I send them off :-\.

Thanks for visiting Piano land Hoony. You know you want to spend more time here - go on admit it  :P

I will PM Viper 666.  BilletYZ and 414 usually come to my rescue.

That's what I love about this forum.  Always people willing to help out  8)

Thanks for that Dude  8).  I will have a play during the week.  Broken wiring is unlikely, so I reckon these could be the problem.
