The track is about 5 km west of Toronto, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle area. If coming up F3 take Toronto exit (1 hr north of Hornsby) about 5 min off freeway.

Awesome track !!

Any news on the IT engine case ?

Thanks for looking into the cases. I'll be out at Lakes with my camera for the Heaven meet, some great photo spots there. It really tests the old bikes out. Some good action shots if you look in the competition section for last years meets.

The Lakes is at the same place it's been for the last 20 plus years. Absolute awesome track
these days, they have a real hard working committee. They are hosting the Aussie Junior Titles
later this year. Last year they hosted a round of the Nationals. I've done some summer cross
meetings there over the years, always January and usually 40 plus degree days. It's also the home
track to Reedy, Ando and young Luke George. Everyone should make the effort in May and get along
to Heaven's VMX meeting with moderns welcome on the Saturday free riding sessions. It would be
good to see some Mexicans make the trip up as they did some years ago for a Oran Park Round.
Maybe the club could run a 10 lap Magoo Memorial on Saturday arvo for combined Evo/Pre 85, just
a thought. Yes a GREAT track. Oh yeah bring your PRE 90's and ride them on the Saturday. Because
you can't race them on the Sunday program.
