hi all on my 87 cr125 when ive taken it out riding the first ride usually about half hour or a bit more come back have a rest and ciggy check water all good then go out again when the bike is throttled hard and then backed off quick the water blows out the radiator cap, i took the cap off and give it a big rev and the water just gushed out but it doesent empty the radiators completely it only needs about 200ml to top back up.i can ride it hard for about half hour or so dosent over heat and still only needs about 200ml to top back up.thanx all cheers gary

air pocket crack the bleeder  and fill up
or the radiator cap is us  might be letting it build up to much pressure

thanx ian i rang a few radiator places this morning and they say the cap as well ive just put a second hand right side radiator as i thought the old one was leaking as its a little bent used the same cap and same prob so ive put the cap on that came with the second hand radiator and see how it goes this weekend if no good still ill buy a new one.thanx again cheers gary
