CD 8 Huskys

Hi guys,

Husqvarna will be the feature motor cycle on display at CD 8, I have talked to Ken and he has given the go ahead for all the vintage Husky’s there to do probably one or two DISPLAY laps of the pre 75 track, ( You will have to be signed in and have a wristband, no wrist band no ride in the display laps) probably after the riding session on Saturday afternoon, then we will assemble all the bikes in the marquee near the tower in a year and model classification, so we need all the CRs, WRs and XCs that we can assemble there.

The condition of the bikes is not important whether they are restos, ride/race bikes or whatever.

There will be judging on Saturday night before the Triva session and prizes ( signed jerseys, product, etc) given out as well, probably best race bike, best enduro, best resto, fourstroke, hotrod, dunger, there will be several judges to be selected before hand. There may be a bit of a talk on the history, models and world champions by someone (maybe be Hans after a few schnapps ;D).

Can you pass this on to any other Husky owners and any Husky MX or Enduro legends you know who may want to attend CD 8.

At this stage there will be a early 60's 500cc Hedland fourstroke motor, then late 60s onwards bikes on display
