H6 Questions

Anyone running a 360 in vinduro's??..........What gearing are you using and where can I get some of those f$#@ing rubber band things that they use to hold everything on with  ??? ??? ???

I have one, mine still had them all on, but you could try rocky mountian montesa or southwest montesa in the states they might have them. I took most of them off as they just give me the shits and been racing it vmx for 2 years and nothing has fallen off yet

Both Rocky Montain Montesa and Southwest Montesa have them. Bultaco Parts Australia also keep them as far as I know. There are several different lengths although I think the H6 has all the same size. They are used excessively on the H6 & H7 bikes for some reason. My H7 has the seat, fuel tank, air filter element and centre stand all held in place with them, 7 in all!

..........yeah, the worst thing is the centre stand, it scares the shit out of me thinking the only thing holding that great big thing up is only a rubber band  :o :o :o

I just use the center stand in the work shop its no drama to remove it, change the split pin to an r clip and its a 2 minute job

Special for my Australian customers only. 7320.204 rubber strap used on
the Enduro's mxer's and Cota's.  $10 ea. (normal price is $19 ea.)  Stock up!

Baseline jetting for the 34mm Mikuni.
Main jet-250
pilot jet-35
needle-6FJ6
needle jet-159Q6
2.5 slide (stock)
This setup works well with the only possible changes in the main and pilot,
depending on the individual bike.
