Gold Cup - Adelaides own team Headland '1' rest of the world '0'
« on: November 25, 2007, 08:12:17 pm »
Was it me or did the rest of the world send a bunch of shit kickers for the rest of the world ?

i went to the gold cup on saturday night and saw some excellant racing and riding - turn 2 and 2 deep, high inside passes, those aussies where bloody awesome specially our local murray bridge rider who took out the world cup, but what a dissapointment was the world riders ? when local guys are smoking the feild by a full straight, the FIM need to pull there finger out and get the international teams on the same page. send out the french , germans and pro riders.

it was just such a let down that they had a B- grade O/s field and that freakin gate FIM insistead had to be used, it wanst working at 5 oclock so what made em think it was going to fix itself ? we have better systems sold out of sydney than that poxy set up.  would have saved quite a few exclusions they shouldnt have happened also. and the classic demo riders where supposed to get in 2 more rides, but over an hour in delays ment they came to close to the curfew ( at least they gave us the final ride off ! )

forgot to take the camera out the car, spewin cause i was i the pits afterwards and should have happy snapped them vincent to post here.

WHo took some pics worth posting ? tony you go ? tim you went any god pics ?   ???

Sorry Freaky I got out of Hospital on Friday ,so I was unable to travel >:( >:( >:( >:( Oh by the way Australia is the birthplace of sidecar speedway and so far in front of any other nation it is painful. The only overseas  OK opposition  rides Australian outfits and are either expats or trained by Aussies........ ;) But what would we know? take the Solo Speedway World Championship. Aussies win it again and it rates "seven bloody lines " in the sixth last page of the "Herald Sun" Australia's top selling newspaper !!!
I missed a very special event :-\ but hey I can now at least return to work very soon. ;)
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.
