www.gixen.com it's free and easy, you don't need to sign up, you just log in at the top of the page with your ebay username and password (they are not stored), enter the ebay item number and your maximum bid and the website will place your bid in the last few seconds of the auction. If you have any concerns just read the forums on that site and you'll see all the praise for it.
You won't need much luck to keep winning!
