drinking ,geezas! drank so much water n gatorade my taste buds were shot to pieces,beers tasted like crap,most of east coast NSW was  classed catastrophic fire levels,(along with most of Oz),so we go vmxing  ,track conditions were pretty much perfect,(thanks to Leon),kept the water up all weekend,on that note,weird bit was riding around, with all the flaggies with waterhoses,heres me pointing at my face " hit me!!, hit me!!"  ,(hmmm must of been bloody hot standing out there too i guess),at least sundy was cooler,think it stayed in the 30's instead of 40's,congrats to all the winners,the new office bearers,big thank you too to all the previous management,job well done guys,heres to more of the same next year!,cheers Mick

Good on you Denis, you were a champion President, along with a great committee - Donny/Therese, Fernando, Noel, Holmsy, and others I'm sorry I forget names.
That was a great last race event even considering the blast furnace conditions - no agro just all fun!
Congrats to the new 2010 committee and new president Carl Bletcher.
Looking forward to next years racing with my new pre '70 & '77 bikes hopefully ready.

And just to say I told you so.
I was commenting on the weekend that it'd be cold or pissing down rain come Monday or Tuesday, and sure enough it is.  Weather...you'll never pick it.
So predicting that racing in November is always going to be too hot is a pure gamble I think.
(gee it's cool in this tin roof work shed now!)
