SR500/400 ends production

News from my local Yamaha dealer is the SR will end production this year....say it isn't so :'(

yep they are every second bike on the road in Japan and have a custom following that would rival Harley.

You can buy SR500/400 in both standard and classic, classic having drum brakes.

In the latest MT mag has said the SR 400 is making a come back and it will be fuel injected.

well I had better find out the details at my dealer..... I was a little surprised when he said that as it is probably Yamahas top selling model in Japan. Bet they sell 10 SRs for every Fazer and R1.
