For Sale / 1976 Yamaha YZ 125 Fuel Tank (suit HL replica)

A genuine 76 125 Aluminium Fuel Tank. Yes, it has some dings, but any competent panelworker should be able to get it smooth as a baby's bum again.
Don't bother with these ill fitting Indian copies, most of the time they arent even symetrical.
I'm asking $750 ono , how many others have you seen floating around recently. I paid this to get it from the states during the pandemic..
Located in WA, will work with buyer on shipping.

Just as long as it is complete and isnt irreparably bent it's fine.

Tech Talk / Gold Valves for XL 350 Forks

I am in the process of building my XL 350 powered special

I want to use the 74 - 78 35mm XL fork , and adapt Yammy IT490 Dual Leading Shoe brakes to them.

The bike will be setup as a supermoto really anyway and see probably 95% of its riding on the roads  , no supercross jumps to worry about for this guy..

I could use the IT forks, but I dont like the forward slung axle look, though I'd be open to suggestions for a fork-centric axle set of forks, especially if the're 38mm ~
 
Anyway, my question is  : are there any gold valve / cartridge emulators and / or progressive springs available for these?
There used to be a site that sold a kind of gold valve and you took the fork tube diameter and deducted 2mm and provided they had that size , it should fit, but I can't find it anymore.
