Kawasaki / Kx 250 a5 Swingarm Solution

Hi there,
I'm restoring a 79 Kx250 and I am up to the swingarm bearings and bushings.
These bearings and bushings are flogged out. What was the best option or solution for this problem ?, as im struggling to find anything at the moment.

wanted forks to suit a 1987 Cr 500, the 43mm forks with the brake caliper mounts, I am in Sydney, but wiling to pay post though
