Think the Yamaha mx and Zundapp mx model are very close , twin frame and cross over pipe , and the large air box is Enduro models .

2016 can get forkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk  >:(  Bills/Rosso are right 2017  bite the bullet and get a health checkup from your GP  Just do it for your family, not bullet proof anymore , a few more RIDES will do me for 2017 , not to much to ask .

slide 3 cutaway

TTS 32 to 1 mix

Easy fit the SDR should have spigot fitting std only the aircleaner ID size might have go to K-N filter

Had good results with 6F5 double taper 38mm Mikuni on the big bore ZEDS , no reed valve , running a 340 main Q6 needle jet
With a Reed have to come down on the main ???

All the TS 185er setups on ZEDS ive seen only had one stator coil suppling the power to the CDI, plus the TS flywheel riveted to the ZED centre, I know PE /RGV Suzuki had a problem cracking or breaking bits of Magnets off the flywheel, maybe a loose magnet or not enough air gap coil to flywheel or to big a gap, might have to move the coil on the back plate , your trick coil made up for the weak pulse from the bottom stator coil ??    :-\

You must be just unlucky as the old TS185er CDI are stone reliable

Having checked everything maybe, HEAT or the ZED motor shaking shit out of the stator, or no advance of CDI box .Time to swap parts

Old bike are FUN right  :D

Happy 2015 :D

NEW PROJECT very early Sprite bare frame, would of had the copy 400 Husky motor fitted .

Like to do a pre60 two stroke something ??

Plan was to fit a DKW 1957 250cc but the cases are to long to fit




Any IDEAS on a motor
