The brake side bearing should seat against the shoulder on the hub, the drive side should stand off from it and be positioned by the sleeve.  5mm added to the sleeve or the left hand spacer would yield the same result yet we would rather know for sure which it is. Both will be remade though as they're steel and it'll be swapped over to aluminium.

We currently have a YZ100D that's causing a little bit of a headache. When tightening the nut on the rear axle it binds against the shoulder at the end of the thread rather clamping everything together, a previous owner had put an old sprocket between the nut and the swing arm to stop it happening. We've removed the bearings and spacers and put them in place on the axle and it seems there is just short of 5mm missing somewhere. We've also lined up the chain run and measured a couple of points on the hub which confirms it.

I have a feeling it may be the sleeve that sits between the bearings and ours measures 105mm. Does anyone have a rear wheel apart to confirm this?
