Kevin came out today and rode the old girl, I think he would still have the smile on his face. He was not afraid to twist the grip either. Video's below and turn up the volume!

Made a new silencer on the weekend as the modified DT one was restricting it too much, it doesn't look as original but sounds better. Still looking for a stock one if anyone has one they want to part with. http://s1177.photobucket.com/user/noturbo/media/IMG_0868.mp4.html

Here's a few better pics, I have new side plate stickers and need to replace the rubber under the seat with some thinner rubber so it doesn't rip.

Hi took a Montesa  expert to spot the spelling error I blame the USA company, it was a custom shirt cost $$$$ back then had to wear it to justify all the cost and postage that was practice the correct spelling logo ect was used in the race great to see the 28 '' waistline again

I'd have to go back to 1988 for size 28 pants, below a few pics from those days.



Mr Montessa if you know Kevin Brennan #171 in the pic please pm me your number. Will pass it on to Kevin,  Kevin will ride this mx400 again this weekend for the 1st time in over 35 years wearing his original gear! Can't wait to get some photos.

A couple of rainy weekends helped to speed things up, still after a sprocket case if anyone can help.

Fitted the eBay sprocket cover, 1st time I've used eBay. Got the cover, tank stickers and number plate for $120.
I just need to paint the tank and fit the stickers then tidy a few things up.

Anyone know how to soften the original seat cover? As you can see the creases show up and it leaves creases when you get off the seat.
