do you still have the piston kit? how much is it? I think it will fit my xl500r. are you sure about the bore size? (89mm was standard)

this may be ancient history to some, but Suzuki part numbers got confused on the M to S change over so list all the pistons and rings to supercede to a mix of both. the problem is when they "pick" the parts they reverse the supersession so M or S pistons can be matched with M or S rings. nobody really uses S rings any more  so stick with M or TM or TS or TC or outboard motor pistons and rings, but cut the skirt to suit.

hi guys, I have some 1975 rm125s's around, complete and in parts. but I don't get on here too much (my generation do not type). my number is 0421509083 it's a land rover business number, so please explain it is about some old dirt you like.

there is a difference in the compression heights (pin to crown height). early is 40mm and late is 39mm, I don't know the point they changed and I have only seen it in after market pistons. it causes problems with the squish clearance, so the barrel has to be shimmed to match.
