Kawasaki / WTB aircooled KX60 barrel
« on: March 19, 2014, 07:41:56 pm »
After putting a complete crank in my son's 84 KX60 we have discovered that it has had it stroke decreased.
I am guessing for 50cc class.
So I am after a 83-84 kx60 air cooled barrel.
Thanks.

Need a flywheel for my sons 84 KX 60.
The one on it the rivets have come loose and started elongating the holes.

Yamaha / Re: RT1 bite

If the Yamaha didn’t break my leg, it wasn’t for lack of trying. The harder it kicked back, the more timid I would become. This strategy fed the bike’s remorseless evolutionary mission to kill off the halt and the lame. ;D ;D ;D

Last weekend my son discovered the art of sliding a motorcycle.
Riding a pw80 on a grassy mud patch foot up near the front wheel looked like he had been doing it for years.
It was a great time for me and the missus after all the effort we have put in to see him there sliding and having a ball.
Future dirt tracker? Not sure. But he has been making good progress on his 1984 kx60 on the dirt track at MX central.

Old school twins, handicapped races, hired gun that's got to be Jack Stevens ( hope that is how it's spelt).
Jack at Newcastle showground was so quick on a triumph that he had to be handicapped.
That was master class on how to ride a triumph fast on dirt.

The blow through carbie turbo/supercharger setup needs the fuel bowl to be pressurized by the turbo/supercharged.
Fuel injection is the way could be as simple as a fuel pump, tap and nozzle.

Would a air conditioner pump from a car work?
